First Look at The Minimoog Book at Knobcon 2024
Bjooks founder Kim Bjørn and editor Mike Metlay will both be on hand at Chicago’s premier synthesizer convention, to be held this weekend
Chicago, IL, September 4, 2024 — Independent Danish publisher Bjooks, renowned for its meticulously crafted and visually stunning books on music technology, will be unveiling The Minimoog Book at Knobcon 2024. The new book, written by JoE Silva, is the definitive volume on the most famous synthesizer of all time. Knobcon, now in its twelfth year, will be held between September 6-8, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg, in Chicagoland USA.
Attendees at Knobcon will be among the first in the world to experience the highly anticipated 384-page book, featuring over 100 interviews, more than 700 photographs, and the most comprehensive presentation of the Minimoog’s history and influence ever assembled.
Customers attending Knobcon will be able to order copies of the new Minimoog book, and also learn about the forthcoming Bjooks Club - scheduled to launch this fall, and for which more information will be coming soon. Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase select previous Bjooks titles at a special event discount.
