Erica Synths Announces Black Stereo Delay 2 & Black Stereo Reverb

New modules offer the possibility of significantly expanding FX palette on any modular system.

Riga, Latvia, October 5, 2023 — Erica Synths announces two new Eurorack effects modules, the Black Stereo Reverb and the Black Stereo Delay 2. Both units are available now and offer the possibility of significantly expanding the effects palette on any modular system.

Rather than implementing a generic multi-FX approach, Erica Synths has developed dedicated modules with extended controls over the most important parameters – making these FX design powerhouses.

Both modules run on Erica Synths new DSP hardware, and have been developed in collaboration with Dutch company 112.dB — who are renowned for making some of the most beautiful sounding effects.

Black Stereo Delay 2: Delicate effects with plenty of CV control
The Erica Synths Black Stereo Delay 2 is a hi-fi stereo delay with plenty of unique features based on our custom DSP engine. It features tape, BBD and digital delay emulations with three modes, each accompanied with delay time, feedback, feedback tone and stereo spread controls. These allow for designing extremely delicate effects. The Black Stereo Delay also features CV control over various parameters, and the ability to save up to 10 presets make this module an integral part of any performance rack.

Black Reverb: An integral part of ay performance rack
The Erica Synths Black Reverb is a versatile hi-fi stereo FX module with lots of unique features based on our custom DSP engine. The reverb sources are selectable Tape, BBD and "dirty BBD" digital; emulations with three modes, each – Room, Hall and Cathedral. Delicate room size control, feedback, feedback tone and stereo spin controls allow for designing extremely delicate reverberation effects. CV control over various parameters and the ability to save up to 10 presets will make this module an integral part of any performance rack.
