Embassy Studios Is Open for Business in Manhattan, Redefining the Ultra High-End, Independent Recording Facility

New multi-room creative complex in Midtown Manhattan blends world-class acoustics, analog authority, modern connectivity, and bespoke client services at the Crossroads of the World

New York, NY, March 17, 2026– Embassy Studios, located just blocks from Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan, has recently opened its doors as a category-defining new creative complex. Housed within the historic Engineering Building on 39th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, Embassy Studios was founded on a singular mission: to be the ultimate creative hub for top-tier artists, producers, creators, and media professionals working across music, film, and digital content.

An artist-centric studio built to accommodate the modern needs of today’s recording creation community, Embassy Studios sets a new global standard as a fully integrated creative ecosystem, able to handle all dimensions of creative content creation without compromise. Its services offering includes recording, mixing, mastering, and end-to-end production for music, film production, podcasting, and much more. Further, its expansive capabilities can also accommodate high-profile meetings, private workspaces, and workshops for creative teams, producers, executives, and project stakeholders.

"Embassy Studios is a modern production facility offering uncompromising sound quality for music, voiceover, film, and television. We designed it with a fully integrated, end-to-end infrastructure to support both a collaborative creative space and business operations, all under one roof," commented Chief Operating Officer, Vanessa Sanchez.

With its 20-foot ceilings, uncompromising architecture and breathtaking views of Midtown Manhattan, Embassy is able to scale its offerings to suit artists at each milestone of their creative journey. From private multi-track recording, to Dolby Atmos mix sessions, to record label listening events, to its ability to host top executive strategy meetings in its expansive conference room, Embassy is not only able to serve as a backbone for the creative process, but the business infrastructure behind it.

Pioneering, best-in-class technical spaces
The technical spaces within Embassy Studios epitomize the ultimate in modern acoustic design and innovation. While commercial recording studios have prioritized technical design elements like acoustic isolation and enclosed spaces for decades, Embassy's technical rooms boast washes of natural light, expansive 20-foot ceilings throughout, and stunning views overlooking the Empire State Building. A modern world-class recording studio, Sanchez asserts, can achieve both a contemporary aesthetic, such as 20-foot windows and superior acoustics. These creative forward design attributes signal a new era of acoustic innovation, demonstrating that "light, space, and acoustics were non-negotiable" in creating this acoustically uncompromising facility.

The studio is housed in New York City's historic Engineering building, a landmark structure long associated with technical innovation and professional excellence. It was designed in collaboration with Brooklyn-based construction partners CS Scott, Manhattan-based architect MAOarch, LSTN Consultants, Embassy Studios’ General Manager Kyle Christmas, and interior designer Lisa Babar—project managing firms selected for their ability to merge historic character with modern performance standards. Their exquisite design, which retains the building's original windows and structural character, respects the past while achieving optimal acoustic performance. Integration was led by Sweetwater Integration team Project Manager Brian Wharton, Sales Designer Mark Salamone, Engineer Jason DeChristopher, and Sales Engineer Aaron Vidusek.

Analog heritage meets modern connectivity
Embassy balances classic analog workflow with cutting-edge digital integration. Featuring five versatile rooms including a 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos control room, and technology from Solid State Logic, Augspurger, PMC, ATC and other top equipment manufacturers, the facility is perfectly suited for every aspect of high-end content creation and mixing. In addition to its primary recording and mixing rooms, Embassy offers dedicated production suites and a podcast room optimized for creative production, writing sessions, and voiceovers. These spaces also provide integrated Dante connectivity throughout, providing unmatched routing and flexibility among rooms. Further, its fully-integrated video capture tools are able to streamline collaboration and documentation.

Embassy Studios’ central Midtown location places it at the heart of New York City’s creative and media industries, making it conveniently accessible for artists, producers, content creators, and production teams working across music, film, television, and digital media.
