Campfire Audio Announces Andromeda 10 Standard Edition Now Available

Ten-driver flagship design with NEMC and TAEC tuning now available in classic green

Portland, OR January 14, 2026– Campfire Audio has announced that the Andromeda 10 Standard Edition is now available, following the earlier release of the limited launch editions, bringing the acclaimed tuning and internal architecture of its 10th-anniversary flagship earphone into ongoing production.

Unveiled in 2025 at CanJam SoCal as part of Campfire Audio’s 10th anniversary celebration, Andromeda 10 honors a decade of refinement, innovation, and community feedback. The Standard Edition delivers the same carefully tuned sonic signature as the Limited Edition Black and Gold Damascus steel launch models, preserving the clarity, balance, and musicality that define the Andromeda legacy.

At its core, Andromeda 10 doubles the driver count of the original Andromeda, expanding from five to ten custom balanced armature drivers arranged in a carefully optimized multi-driver system. This configuration is paired with Campfire Audio’s latest acoustic advancements, including a new NEMC (Non-Enclosed Midrange Chamber) tuning element for improved openness and articulation, alongside the brand’s proprietary TAEC (Tuned Acoustic Expansion Chamber) for extended, distortion-free high-frequency performance. Together, these elements deliver enhanced resolution, greater dynamic range, and a refined sense of space while maintaining the musical balance that made Andromeda a benchmark in the category.

The Standard Edition features an anodized aluminum housing finished in Campfire Audio’s iconic Andromeda green, offering a lighter alternative to the stainless-steel construction of the Limited Editions while maintaining the same internal architecture and acoustic performance. The design is complemented by Campfire Audio’s Time Link modular cable, providing versatile connectivity, and includes a matching green version of the premium case first introduced with the Limited Editions.

All other accessories and technical specifications remain unchanged from the Andromeda 10 Limited Editions, ensuring the same complete flagship experience. With its unmistakable design, proven tuning, and refined build, Andromeda 10 Standard Edition represents a continuation of Campfire Audio’s commitment to thoughtful evolution, where every detail serves the music.

“Andromeda has always been a very personal project for me,” said Ken Ball, Founder and Lead Acoustic Engineer at Campfire Audio. “With Andromeda 10, we took everything we’ve learned over the last ten years—new driver configurations, new tuning elements, and countless listening sessions—and applied it to a design that still feels unmistakably Andromeda. I’m excited to see this Standard Edition carry that sound forward in a form that feels true to the model’s roots.”
