ADAM Audio Celebrates Launch of Two New Products at ADE 2024
Company to host in-person listening sessions at Amsterdam's Cruise Control Studios of the H200 studio headphones and the D3V desktop monitoring system.
Amsterdam, The Netherlands, October 14, 2024 — ADAM Audio, in association with its distribution partner Amptec, will be hosting an evening of high-fidelity audio at Cruise Control Studios, celebrating the launch of its two latest products: the H200 closed back studio headphone, and the D3V active desktop monitoring system. In parallel, attendees will have the opportunity to experience the studio's recently installed 7.1.4 A Series Dolby Atmos system, as well as ADAM Audio’s flagship S5V main monitors. A curated audio experience will be provided by a host of artists from the renowned LittleBig agency, including previews of forthcoming, unreleased music.
H200: A versatile closed-back studio headphone
The H200 was designed from the ground up at ADAM Audio’s expanded R&D facility in Berlin, which now includes a team of industry-leading headphone engineers. One of the distinct advantages of the H200 is its complementary Headphone Utility plug-in, created in collaboration with award-winning plug-in manufacturer Sonnox. The plug-in offers an extended range of optimizations, as well as an Externalization feature that helps listeners discern translations between headphone and loudspeaker mixes.
Unmatched detail on your desktop: the D3V active monitoring system
Unveiled at AES in New York last week, the D3V is an active desktop monitoring system designed for songwriters, producers, and music lovers. Available in black or white editions, each pair features the renowned AMT tweeters that ADAM Audio has been refining for more than a quarter of a century. These are combined with powerful 3.5” woofers and dual-sided passive radiators - resulting in a bass response that extends down to 45 Hz. The D3V also features a USB-C input, enabling the device to operate as an audio interface while keeping the signal within the digital domain.
The exclusive listening event will take place at Cruise Control Studios in the heart of Amsterdam, on Thursday, October 17th between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Drinks and refreshments will be served and space is limited.
